  If, for some reason, you happen toe driving by here, you MUST stop in. It may seem like an odd place for a bar/restaurant, but the folks are inviting, interesting, and the prices are great.

  This place is like being in a road trip movie or one of those desert themed fantasy car commercials.
  
  It's an eclectic restaurant/saloon with a little desert hippie thrown in. It's the real deal, not some "curated" hipster place. The people running the Palms are genuinely friendly and make you feel right at home. None of the scripted "We"' or "My pleasure" BS you get in the chains. Just real people being hospitable.
  
  Here's the kicker: The hamburgers and French fries are among the best I've ever eaten. The patties are pressed to order and the fries are wedges cut from fresh potatoes and cooked 'til they're perfectly golden brown...and the prices are so low you'll feel guilty.
  
  They have a full bar, a pool table, and live entertainment most weekends. There were four or five guys drinking beer when we arrived who were friendly and having a good time.
  
  The Palms Restaurant is motorcycle friendly too.
  
  We're going back to try breakfast soon.
